The Project iClimaBuilt
ORGANIC PCM 23° GEL PANEL
The primary challenge in the building sector is the need for more efficient thermal regulation materials to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. Current ORGANIC PCM (phase change material) technologies often fall short in terms of thermal stability, eco-friendliness, and cost-effectiveness.
The ORGANIC PCM23 Gel Panel project by ANUBIS GROUP LLC aims to address these shortcomings by developing an advanced ORGANIC PCM with superior thermal properties, stability, and environmental sustainability. The ORGANIC PCM23 Gel Panel project is characterized by its ambitious goal to revolutionize thermal regulation materials in the building sector. It brings innovative solutions and collaborates effectively with iClimabuilt partners (INEGI, NTNU & Rubitherm Technologies GmbH) backed by a sound methodology and strong team expertise, setting the stage for significant advancements in sustainable building technologies.
The project approach is systematic and data-driven, starting as follows:
➢ Month 1: PCM Gel evaluation by Rubitherm to test temperature, melting conditions, and ensure quality.
➢ Months 2-4: Production of Organic PCM23 Gel Panels, incorporating a special chemical formula and encapsulation process. Creating innovative wall frame implement with Organic PCM23 Gel Panel service by INEGI.
➢ Months 6-7: Testing of finished prototypes- 3 different wall frames in an outdoor facility at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, under real climatic conditions.
➢ Months 8-10: Implementation in a prefabricated house in Bulgaria to test indoor temperature regulation and energy consumption, showcasing the product's adaptability to different climates. Organic PCM23 Gel Panel project represents a significant advancement in building energy efficiency as passive solution for room temperature control.
